Sean Price is a retired correctional professional with more than 24 years of service with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Having risen from the ground level of the federal prison system to management, he brings Titan National Consulting Group managerial and operational knowledge of correctional facilities at multiple security levels, with subject-matter expertise in correctional policy, use of force, supervision, and tactical operations.
Sean has supervised correctional staff and inmates at Administrative (jail), Medium, and Minimum-security prisons, including a Mental Health-3 level (high intensity) inmate housing unit. For 20 years he also served on the Special Operations Response Team (SORT) as a squad leader, tactical trainer, rappel master, and self-defense instructor.
Sean prepared, facilitated, and coordinated the Institutional Climate Profile with regional staff, an in-depth audit of facility security and daily operations covering program reviews, safety and sanitation, operational effectiveness, emergency preparedness, offender programming, fiscal controls, staff training and development, and American Correctional Association accreditation. He wrote the Admission and Orientation Handbook for the Federal Correctional Institution and Satellite Camp in Sheridan, Oregon, and has been designated as the Person Most Qualified in civil litigation.
